    Low Lake Level Meeting With DNR

    WLPOA has scheduled a public informational meeting for December 15, 2025 from 11:00am to 1:00pm, at the Sevenwinds Conference Center, 13767 W County Road B, 13767 Co Rd B, Hayward, WI 54843. The DNR-led meeting will provide an opportunity to learn about the petitions that were submitted to the DNR, factors considered in the Department’s review, and the Department’s tentative decision. DNR staff will lead and facilitate the meeting. WLPOA and Sawyer County will summarize each of their petitions and the Department will provide a brief summary of the review process. Following the summaries, there will be an opportunity for anyone attending to provide verbal and/or written comments.
